The Locator is a Migrant Student directory that is open to all State
Migrant programs.
If your state is not a member, you can sign up by filling in an e-form and
submitting it to the Migrant Student Locator for Processing.
After the information is validated, you will receive an e-mail notification
along with a User Logon ID and Password.This password will allow you to
search the locator for student directory information and request a student
record.
There is no fee for registered users or participating states.
